We have two air-conditioning units in our home and they were both starting to go out. We called three companies and one of those companies was through our home warranty. Nick came out from Volt N Vent and gave us a quote. His quote was fast, reasonable and he was a great guy. We got three quotes and one of them was our home warranty company. It took us about a week to make a decision. During that week Nick reached out to ask if we had any questions but was not pushy. Once we decided to go with Volt N Vent they had us scheduled and were at our house two days later. They were able to get there the next day but that was too soon for us. They even helped us with the financing company! The one thing I appreciated more than anything else was when we told Nick who the other two companies were he only said “oh, I know those guys”. No trash talk about the other companies. Being in sales myself the two things I hate more than anything is trash talk about others and being over pushy. Nick did neither of these!! When his crew showed up they were as nice and professional as Nick. They had the job done in less time than anticipated and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC or electric. They get a 5++ review from us!!
